A: We’re not designers, but we can help plan your project layout. This includes shop drawings, laying tiles out in advance to see the pattern, and helping with slab bookmatching. If you need full design services, we can connect you with trusted designers.
Q: Can I provide my own material?
Yes. You can provide your own tile, stone, or slab materials for your project, and we’ll handle the installation with the same level of craftsmanship. Please note that while we warranty our workmanship, we cannot extend warranty coverage to materials supplied by customers.
Q: Do you include warranty?
Yes. We provide a warranty on our workmanship along with the standard contractor warranty, giving you confidence that your tile or slab installation will last.

Our installation process is simple, transparent, and designed for a stress-free experience: consultation → measurements → shop drawings/approval → fabrication → installation → cleanup. From stone countertops and backsplashes to flooring and shower walls, we keep you updated through every step until the project is complete.
Q: Do I need to disconnect my plumbing?
Yes, plumbing should be disconnected prior to installation to ensure safety and efficiency. While we don’t perform plumbing work ourselves, we’re happy to recommend trusted local professionals if you need assistance.
